SUGAR-FREE September

A much needed health recharge after a summer of cottages, BBQs, cocktails and gelato.

Patio season is over – it’s time to get serious!

After a few months of sunshine & sangria and all the delicious foods that come with the sheer enjoyment of summer, it’s time to get all that sugar out of your system and cleanse the body so you can reset your health and drop a few pounds that may have crept up over the summer.

Summer is seductive – with drinks on a patio, cottages and backyard BBQ’s, it’s easy to lose sight of our health goals when we’re in constant celebration mode. After making lots of amazing memories over cocktails and burgers, it’s time to start prioritizing feeling great (because let’s be honest… a summer full of indulgences leaves you feeling tired, bloated, and icky).

Maybe you can relate to some of these…

$

That mid-afternoon NEEEED for a coffee and a treat to keep you going for the rest of the day

$

Beating yourself up for having zero willpower when it comes to social gatherings

$

Eating a low carb dinner and then craving dessert right after

$

Drinking 1, 2, maybe 3 glasses of wine on a weeknight is becoming the norm

$

Telling yourself you’re going to start fresh tomorrow after a bad eating day

$

Eating well throughout the day and then snacking uncontrollably at night

It’s that lack of control that’s making you feel like you’ll never snap out of it, and it’s causing you to feel like crap with no motivation to do anything about it.

If you can relate to how that feels, you will likely also be dealing with some of these issues…

E

Bloating after meals

E

Feeling lethargic

E

Breakouts on your face or chest or back

E

Weight gain

E

Joint pain

E

Constipation

E

Headaches

E

Sleep issues

E

Uncomfortable discharge or yeast infections

So we know there’s a problem… But how do we fix it?

Sugar Free September is a perfect reset to eliminate your sugar cravings and allow you to gain control of your health and get a fresh start this fall. We will spend 10 days getting sugars out of your system and supporting your body with supplements and lifestyle considerations so you won’t be pulling your hair out throughout those 10 days. And after that, we will get back into a less restrictive diet rich in whole foods and even get some natural sugars back into the diet.

This plan is created to help you improve digestion, decrease inflammation, lose weight, and gain mental clarity. We will be completely removing sugars from the diet for 10 days and it is going to be HARD but well WORTH IT!

What does this program consist of?

N

10 days completely sugar free

N

A specific supplement program to assist your body while it detoxes from sugar

N

2 week transition phase to learn how to find the right balance for your body, needs and goals

You’ll receive over 40 sugar free recipes and another 20+ recipes for the transition phase as you welcome those delicious grains, fruits and starchy veggies back into your life!

You’ll also have access to a private Facebook community where there will be group coaching calls and constant support throughout the program so that you can get the most out of the program and see some serious results!

What foods do I avoid?

You will be eliminating all inflammatory, high sugar foods that are difficult to digest and wreak havoc on your system. These foods include:

  • Gluten (wheat, rye, barley)
  • Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, sour cream etc.)
  • Refined sugars & artificial sweeteners
  • Corn products
  • Soy products
  • High glycemic fruits (esp. banana, mango, pineapple)
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine (limit to 1/day, if necessary)

What CAN I eat during the detox?

You will be eating a whole foods based diet rich in veggies, meat, fish, nuts, seeds, oils and berries. A simple diet that will have you feeling amazing in no time… and don’t worry, we’ll be adding a lot of things back into the diet after 10 short days!

We will be reintroducing starchy and sweet veggies like sweet potatoes and beets, gluten free grains like rice and quinoa, and all fruits. And I will show you how to reintroduce them properly so that you don’t undo the good you have done during the 10 day detox portion of the plan.

What about exercise?

This plan will be most effective when paired with a consistent exercise program. Part of the secret to kicking your sugar cravings to the curb is to stabilize your blood sugar, and exercise is your fast track to success here. Do what you love, whether it’s running, dancing or lifting heavy things. Just move and move often!

Are you ready to take control of your health and feel happy and full of life like you deserve to feel?
