Hey mama,

Welcome and thanks for stopping by!

I’m Stephanie Sibbio, a Fitness and Nutrition expert dedicated to helping new and expecting moms thrive in health and fitness.

As a new (or expecting) mama, there are many challenges that make it difficult to find balance between taking care of yourself, and caring for your baby (or baby bump).

My passion is to assist you in creating positive and healthy fitness & nutrition habits, so that you can focus on enjoying your pregnancy, and becoming a mama!

Why work with me?

I have worked with many new moms, and know the challenges that you face.  I have created simple ways that you can adjust your lifestyle to see results and support your body through a time when you are getting very little sleep, and dealing with stress and hormonal imbalances, all on top of recovering from carrying a baby for upwards of 40 weeks and of course, giving birth!

“Steph, I can’t tell you how glad I am that you came into my life. Ever since I had Ella, I’ve been frustrated with exercise and my body. You’ve helped me meet my goals using types of exercise that works for me and food recommendations all while taking my body and needs into consideration.

This is a unique quality you have and something that any potential client will immediately appreciate. Don’t ever lose that! You are a fabulous person and I’m privileged to know you.”
