Join the 8 week Roncy Small Group Training Program to feel strong, lean and confident throughout the summer months.

With small-group, weekly fitness classes with Stephanie Sibbio, you’ll get exercises tailored to decreasing body fat and increasing confidence, while taking individual needs, injuries and goals into consideration

Classes are held in the Roncevalles area in West Toronto, with an option to train once or twice per week.

Sundays

9am – 10am
July 30 – October 1
1 class each week, for 8 weeks (excluding long weekends)
$240 + HST

Mondays & Wednesdays

6:30pm – 7:30pm
July 24 – September 20
2 classes each week, for 8 weeks (excluding long weekends)
$480 + HST

About Roncy Small Group Training

Small group exercise classes will take place at my home gym, either outdoors on a terrace (weather permitting), or indoors when necessary. These functional fitness classes will feature the following types of exercises:

These types of training methods are proven to burn fat and increase metabolism. Classes are suited for all levels and will focus on the following types of movements:

Basic Strength Movements

Full body exercises that combine multiple movements for building strength and burning fat

Conditioning Movements

Jumping, slamming balls, battle ropes and kettlebell swings for cardiovascular health and stamina

Building a Strong Foundation

Mobility and stability exercises to create a strong core balance and body alignment

This is a great way to get in shape and get to know your community a little better at the same time.

FAQs

What kind of equipment will we be using?

Classes will utilize cross-training equipment such as kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells, and battle ropes.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a bottle of water and your favorite yoga mat to each class.

Do I need to have exercise experience? It’s been a while.

Don’t worry! My classes can be tailored to any fitness level.I know exactly how to help you reach your fitness goals–no matter where you’re starting from.

How do I get directions to the classes?

All classes will take place on a private terrace in the Roncevalles neighbourhood of Toronto. Once you sign up, you’ll receive my address and specific directions, including parking and public transportation options.

How do I sign up?

Simply complete the form on this page to book your first visit. Full registration will be done after your first class.

I go out of town on long weekends. Are classes still on?

There will NOT be any Sunday and Monday classes on long weekends. Your classes will resume the week after the long weekend.

Meet your coach – Stephanie Sibbio

I’ve been working in the fitness and health industry since 2010 after receiving my B.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from York University. My exercise classes are specially designed to help you decrease body fat and improve energy–all with your unique, individual needs in mind.

I hold a CSEP-CEP (certified exercise physiology) certification in fitness and a CNP certification in holistic nutrition. My number one goal is to help clients feel great physically, mentally and emotionally.
