“Steph has been the absolute best! I was suffering from a lot of pain in my wrists and left knee. How does it work?

Initial Consultation

Your first consultation includes a detailed intake form so that we can create a plan that takes all aspects of your health into consideration. The intake form is completed prior to your consultation. Our first meeting is 2 hours in length, where we can discuss the contents of your intake form, and any additional issues, and start to formulate a plan of action.

Once I have an understanding of your struggles, needs and goals, I will create a comprehensive and personalized plan for you to follow in order to work towards achieving your goals. The plan includes general considerations, a meal plan and recipe book, a personalized supplementation plan, and lifestyle recommendations.

Follow Up Consultations

Your initial plan will generally last between 6-8 weeks. At this time we will meet for a follow-up consultation. As your needs change and your health status improves, it is important to change the focus and reassess goals. We will revise your program based on current needs. New goals will be set and your supplement plan will be adjusted to reflect these new goals and objectives.

There are many steps towards optimal health. Follow ups will each have a different focus that will assist in bringing your body back into harmony. Keeping up with follow-up consultations once every 2 months will ensure continued results with no plateaus, and an ever changing plan that caters to your current needs.

Frequent questions

I dont live in Toronto. Can you still help me?

All consults are done online. We can meet over Skype or FaceTime, so that we can sit face to face and discuss your current lifestyle and all the things that you struggle with. When I have completed your plan, I will email it to you, and provide constant email support as you navigate your plan.

I don’t have time to exercise. Is it still worth it to do a consult?
Exercise is very important, but proper nutrition is king when it comes to healing and supporting the body after having a baby, so yes it is absolutely worth it.
I am a very busy mom and don't have time to cook. Can you help?
Part of a personalized plan is finding ways to nourish your body that work around your schedule and lifestyle. There are many quick recipes that we can incorporate to help you get quick and nutritious meals and snacks in throughout the day.
What happens after the consult?
After your initial consult, you will put the plan to work for 4-6 weeks. Once you have completed your initial plan, we will meet again to adjust the plan as necessary, to allow your body to continue to thrive and improve.
