How do you know where to start and what changes need to be made?
That’s where I come in! The first step is to book a discovery call. This is free of charge and allows us to chat about what you’re looking for and if I’m the right professional for your needs.
What happens next?
Once we have decided that we are a good fit, I will send over a detailed intake form to get to know your health issues intimately. Once completed, we will book your initial consultation. This takes about 2 hours. We will go over your intake form so that I can get an in depth understanding of your needs, and start you off with some fundamental shifts you can start implementing right away to get started on the road to optimal health!
After our initial consultation, we will decide on our plan of action. There are two options:
1 month commitment: includes 2 follow up sessions, covering 1 specific topic each session, based on your needs and goals, as well as 1 month of unlimited email support
3 month commitment: includes 5 follow up sessions, covering one specific topic each session, based on your needs and goals, as well as 3 months of unlimited email support.
Topics we may cover in your follow up sessions include:
- balancing blood sugar
- hormone balancing
- adrenal support
- digestive health
- sugar detox
Our follow up topics will be decided upon based on our initial consultation, based on your needs and health goals.

All consults are done online. We can meet over Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, so that we can sit face to face and discuss your current lifestyle and all the things that you struggle with.
I don’t have time to exercise. Is it still worth it to do a consult?
Exercise is very important, and results will be best when both fitness and nutrition are used in conjunction. However, there are many positive changes we can make with nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
I am a very busy mom and don't have time to cook. Can you help?
