“Steph has been the absolute best! I was suffering from a lot of pain in my wrists and left knee. The pain was very bad that I missed doing exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers (if you can believe it). How does it work?


As you know, changing your eating and lifestyle habits can be a huge undertaking. It’s not something that happens overnight or all at once. The best way to succeed in reaching your health goals is to tackle your issues one step at a time.

How do you know where to start and what changes need to be made?

That’s where I come in! The first step is to meet for an initial consultation. This is free of charge and takes about an hour. The consultation allows me to go over an in depth intake form with you to determine your needs going forward, and to formulate an action plan to help you reach your goals in a timely manner.

What happens next?

Once we have completed your initial intake, we will plan to meet every 1-2 weeks for a minimum of 4 health coaching sessions (30 minutes in length), and we will cover one health issue at a time. After each meeting, you will receive instructions, handouts and/or worksheets to help you make changes for that one specific topic covered in the coaching session. The topics covered will depend on your specific needs but may include topics such as:

  • nutrition fundamentals
  • balancing blood sugar
  • hormone balancing
  • adrenal support
  • digestive health
  • sugar detox

Focusing on one issue at a time will allow you to stay on track, avoid overwhelm, and steadily work towards your goals while preventing plateaus.

I dont live in Toronto. Can you still help me?
All consults are done online. We can meet over Skype or FaceTime, so that we can sit face to face and discuss your current lifestyle and all the things that you struggle with. When I have completed your plan, I will email it to you, and provide constant email support as you navigate your plan.
I don’t have time to exercise. Is it still worth it to do a consult?
Exercise is very important, but proper nutrition is king when it comes to healing and supporting the body after having a baby, so yes it is absolutely worth it.
I am a very busy mom and don't have time to cook. Can you help?
Part of a personalized plan is finding ways to nourish your body that work around your schedule and lifestyle. There are many quick recipes that we can incorporate to help you get quick and nutritious meals and snacks in throughout the day.
What if I’m not a new mom, can you still help me?
